Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every order placed through a1continentalstore.com.
1. Scope
These terms govern all purchases from A1 Continental Store through this store. Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
2. Contract
A binding contract is formed when your payment is confirmed at checkout and we send you an order confirmation by email.
3. Prices and payment
Payment is taken securely at checkout by Shopify. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including major cards and PayPal. Prices may change at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.
4. Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery within the EU normally takes 3–7 working days. Shipping is free on orders over €75; otherwise the shipping cost is shown before payment. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer in the EU you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email within that period and return the item unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or wrongly sent. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method.
6. Faulty goods and warranty
The statutory two-year conformity guarantee applies. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with photos and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Malta, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
